All services are provided on a subscription basis unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use our services to:

4. Payments & Billing
- All plans are billed monthly in advance
- You may cancel at any time, and service will continue through the end of your billing cycle
- No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused content unless otherwise stated

5. Intellectual Property
All original content generated by Post To Prosper (graphics, captions, strategies) is licensed to you for use during your active subscription. Our proprietary frameworks (e.g., The Engagement Engine™) remain the intellectual property of Post To Prosper and may not be copied or resold.
6. AI Content Disclaimer
While we use AI to assist with content creation, all content is reviewed by a human before delivery. However, we are not liable for any misinterpretations, inaccuracies, or unintended messaging that may result from AI-generated suggestions.
7. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse our services, or engage in fraudulent activity.
8. Limitation of Liability
